With a background in both marketing and sales and through working with a Nobel Laureate on the concept of nudging, Jessie understood the potential of a data-driven approach to truly personalize interactions and hand sales people the information they needed to do so. This realization led to the creation of Loyee solution, with the aim of making every customer feel unique and valued, thereby fostering greater loyalty and engagement and reducing the tasks a sales person needs to complete in order to deliver this experience.

Loyee is a pre-seed company actively securing funds that would allow them to hire key personnel specifically skilled in both product development and customer acquisition strategies. The aim is to ensure a balanced team that can drive the product forward while expanding market reach.

Loyee's go-to-market strategy caters to small to medium businesses that can sell to a large market and are looking for the gold within that large list of prospects and/or are reliant on outbound marketing but struggle with its inefficiencies. Usually resources are scarce and organizations at that stage face limited access to the information. Cyrus and Jessie elaborated on how the platform can integrate seamlessly into existing sales frameworks to enhance their effectiveness by providing actionable data insights.

During the demo, Cyrus demonstrated Loyee's real-time capabilities to capture and analyze customer data, which then informs how sales teams should prioritize their outreach efforts. He showed how the platform's dashboard allows users to easily understand prospects patterns and preferences, thus making informed decisions on whom to contact first and what the conversation should be about. That is helping teams to build rapport faster and based on a topics that prospects or customers care about.
